THANK YOU TO STREET COLLECTION IN LISTOWEL
We would like to extend a big thank you to all the volunteers and to those
who donated to our Street Collection in Listowel on Friday 27th June. All
money raised is very much appreciated and goes towards the overhead costs
here in our Centre in Tralee.
SUBTITLED FILM TO BE SHOWN IN OMNIPLEX TRALEE
The next movie with subtitles to be shown in Tralee will be ‘Mrs Brown’s
Boys D’Movie’ on Tuesday 5th August. It is due to be shown at 8 pm but
please check the cinema for the exact time as this may change.
On the 2nd of September, they are hoping to show a subtitled ‘Dawn of the
Planet of the Apes’.
The cinema is keen to provide subtitled movies but this is also dependent on
the number of people who turn up to watch the movies. If there is strong
interest, they hope to show a subtitled film the first Tuesday of each
month.
Our sincere thanks to Monika, at the Omniplex cinema in Tralee, who has been
most helpful and instrumental in obtaining subtitled film screenings for the
Deaf and hard of hearing community.
You can check the Tralee film screenings by going to the Omniplex cinemas
website: http://www.omniplex.ie/
