CHRISTMAS GET-TOGETHER IN DINGLE.
On Friday night, we had a Christmas get-together for our staff and CE
workers. The event was also open to a number of professionals that supported
us throughout 2013 and included a Kerry based DALS tutor, NCDP outreach
worker and freelance sign language interpreters.

We would like to thank the Skellig Hotel in Dingle for their wonderful
hospitality and amazing food. Everyone stayed in the hotel overnight and had
the luxury of the leisure and spa facilities too. It was a great way to
relax and unwind after a very busy and hectic year.  Our thanks to everyone
who made it on the night and a huge thank you for all your support
throughout 2013.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS MUNSTER GET-TOGETHER.
This week also sees sign language interpreters from Munster having a
Christmas get-together in Mallow including interpreters from Co. Kerry.

A big thank you to the interpreters who worked with our service and clients
in 2013. A special word of thanks to Suzanne Carey who commuted from Cork
and to April Drew who commuted from Limerick to ensure Deaf clients had
local interpreting access.

On behalf of our Board and staff, we would like to wish all our clients and
supporters a very Happy Christmas. Best wishes for a Happy and prosperous
