& the wider Deaf community.
This award acknowledges those who set up ISL Vlogs, the Facebook page

issues, Irish Sign Language (ISL), the Deaf Community & Deaf Culture.
Thank you. It is great appreciated by us all.

We recognise the support given to your mother Cecilia, ensuring her
communication needs were met & for creating Deaf awareness amongst
professionals your mother came into contact with on a daily basis.
Thank you. It is much appreciated.
DAVID LYNE
KDRC recognised and appreciated the creative talents of David Lyne in the
array
of crafts he produced showcasing Irish Sign Language.
In particular, we appreciated the hand carved products he created for KDRC
and our staff. Many of these were designed with the “I Love You” handshape
in sign language, which is an important part of Deaf Culture in Ireland &
internationally.
We present this award to his CODA/KODA children (Children/Kids of Deaf
Adults) in memory of David’s many Deaf artistic talents.
