Kerry Deaf Resource Centre Update 09.12.13

SUCCESSFUL CHRISTMAS PARTY.
We would like to thank everyone who turned up for our Christmas Party in
Stokers Lodge on Sunday. We would also like to thank Fr. Nolan who said Mass
before the party at 1pm and to Veronica White for interpreting. We were
lucky to have Santa turn up too. Luckily for our deaf kids, Santa had sign
language and our deaf kids were able to chat with Santa and tell them what
they wanted for Christmas in sign language.

We would like to thank all the staff in Stokers Lodge for their hospitality
and hard work. The food was amazing and enjoyed by everyone.

Our sincere thanks to all the shops and businesses in Tralee that sponsored
spot prizes. It has been a challenging year for alot of businesses with the
current recession and we really appreciate their continued support.

Our sincere thanks to everyone that helped us organise the party and help
out on the day.

SUPPORTER AWARDS.
We would like to thank everyone who submitted nominations for our Supporter
Awards. The following were acknowledged for their support of our service and
our clients during 2013. Both winners were presented with a framed
