Kerry Deaf Resource Centre Update 30.06.14

CATHERINE WHITE ON CODA UK & IRELAND ORGANISING COMMITTEE FOR
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
For the first time in CODA International 30 year history, CODA UK and
Ireland will be hosting its conference in July 2015 in Wokefield, Reading in
England. This conference is specifically aimed at hearing adults who have
Deaf parent/s and are aged 18 and over.

One of our local members Catherine White (residing in the UK) is part of the
Conference Organising Committee and is quietly excited as one of her
personal dreams has come true in hosting the Conference after meeting its
founder Millie Brother at the World Federation of the Deaf Conference in
Helsinki in July 1987.

The video and further details of the conference itself is now available on
this link.
