UPDATE ON OUR SERVICE.Just a reminder that we are continuing to provide services to our deaf & hard of hearing customers. We are accepting queries via video calls, email, text, letter, Facebook etc.

For vulnerable customers, house calls can also be arranged. To prevent any risk of Covid-19, we remain outside the house and practice social distancing at all times. As a precaution, we also carry hand sanitiser/ face masks/ clear visors with us on all house calls and use them if & when required.

In the meantime, we are also making changes in our office so we are ready to re-open when advised by the Government. We are screening off our reception area, installing hand hygiene stations and marking out 2 meter (6 feet) social distancing markers for all staff & service users. We hope this will help to keep everyone safe when we finally re-open to the public.

In the meantime, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs 10am-1pm & 2-5pm and Fri 10am-1pm).

DEAF VOLUNTEER SERVICE.
If you know of any deaf person that would appreciate a deaf sign language user to visit them, a volunteer service has been set up nationally. In Co. Kerry, Bernadette O’Connor is the trained volunteer.

To get more information on the service, you can text Frankie Berry on 087 940 0333.
